Editing an exe file

Hello,
I was wondering if someone here had experience with editing these kind of files.
Im creating a new swbf1 server manager/remote manager, and for some reason I'm not able to change the name, so the server manager keeps having the name "New file".

I've tried various programs but none of them changed the file name =/
