I'm new here, question about star wars battlefront 1

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I've played the battlefront games since they were first released way back in 2004, can't tell you how many hours of my life have went into these games ha ha, but I've never played online before. So how do you play star wars battlefront 1 online multiplayer on the ps2? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I don't have a PS2, but there are others there that play with one. 

You will need to set your DNS server to point to:
  74.91.125.138         for   SWBFspy


You may have to do something else, but try that first.  Hopefully one of our PS2 players has a server up and can help if you get stuck. 

I will post here if I find more information.

Thanks so much for the help man, I truly appreciate it! Also, Im not sure if this is the case or not, but do you need a different ip address depending on which game you're playing? Like is there one for SWBF1 and another one for SWBF2? Or will just the one you posted work for both games?

The work for both games (SWBF1 and SWBF2).   I think most PS2 players have been using emulators, but some use the PS2 (but there is some sort of patch that must be applied or something).  I am out of my area on this issue.  A player here named oldsnake may be able to help.

Its ok, I really appreciate the help. Do you know anything about the patch though? Im on my old ps2 slim, so im not using an emulator.
