export .msh in xsi foundation

If XSI Foundation is different than the XSI SOFTIMAGE 7.5 then im afraid i cannot help you.However if the ZETOOLS work there then click on the ZETOOLS Exporter then click import.Choose from there the msh and also on the second slot select the folder with the textures.Then click import and thats it.
