Only if you're willing to use and learn cheat engine to find it.  And even then, it's not a very good practice to have your mods require an exe replacement.

thanks for the reply it wouldnt be for mods just wanted to see how far the exe could be modded and pushed.

Pretty much any value can be changed.  But changing them to the "wrong" (out of range) value can have expected consequences such as crashes.

I think Sleepkiller published his cheat engine tables here and you can start with them and note your own observations.

If you find the value for global gravity let me know.
