insert youtube/xfire video's into posts

I am currently active on a few other forum's and most of them have the option to insert youtube/xfire video's in a post.
That's a lot more practical than always sending links, so maybe we could also do this  :) .

We use BBcode, so you can google video embedding in BBcode and try it here, but I'm not sure our version supports it.  I have enabled flash embedding, however.

Okay here is how it works for Xfire videos.

Height and width should be replaced with the values of the videos resolution. Although you should limit yourself to 800 * 600(Flash player will just auto resize it for you when you set it to that.)

Whoa! Now I have a reason to use xfire for videos.
