If you are running OS Windows 7, make sure to get the vista-munge-fix (I think you can find it on filefront and gametoast), and install it so you can munge on that platform.

Go into data template project, locate build pc, then find visualmunge.exe and use it to create a new project.
Then go to the data project folder, locate build pc folder, and if you run visualmunge.exe in that directory, you can munge your project.

Make sure that you select "Munge Everything" so your map munges fully and includes all LVL file compilations.

Ok thanks

"build pc" is going to be a folder, not a program or file, just create it.

Make sure you name it exactly like this:

build pc

The visualmunge.exe will be located elsewhere, in another folder.

(Someone correct me if I have this wrong.)

I thought for sure it was in Build_PC_ folder.. I recently uninstalled the bf2 mod tools on this PC, so I don't recall where visualmunge.exe is located.

However, I found this link on gametoast.com for a noDVD version of BF2_ModTools.exe, which should fix the problem by replacing the executable.

But how do you apply the fix to the Bf2 tools.
