Hey all, been pretty much MIA for the past year or so. Where is the game at this point? How much is left? Is there anyone that still plays?

I sure do miss the old days 

This is somewhat embarrassing, but I haven't been active in game or on this site in awhile. I have been busy with work and stuff, but I have some free time and logically I want to play some!

I went to start tunngle but it tells me I need an update, when I try to go download the update all that comes up is adds. There are like 8 different download buttons -.- Could anyone give me a direct link to the download? or anyother advice. I uninstalled tunngle completely and tried starting over but had the same problem. Thanks!

Who will make the final four in the NCAA Men's basketball tournament? We are down to the last 16 teams (Sweet 16) it is pretty easy to see now who has the hot hand in the tournament. Who do you think the final four will be? Can Florida Gulf Coast make it two more rounds and stun the world more? Or will Indiana, Ohiostate, Duke and Kansas roll over everyone? To me Louisville is over rated.

I will be out of town for 8 days starting tomorrow, I am taking a trip to Texas! (I live in north, east U.S.) I will check forums when I can. The biggest thing is that I am in a lot of tournies now. If there is any reason I hold one up to long then I accept any forfeiture laws I brake  Just know I will be back next weekend Long live SWBF!

I have been thinking that it is often hard to find all the montages on youtube/xfire. I know there are a lot of them, made by lots of people and made over many years of SWBF.

So are any of you interested in helping compile a list of video links (whether youtube, xfire or both) of montages? We could also include tutorials, mod map reviews and other helpful videos. If there is interest I will make another topic and start the list. Post here any ideas and comments!

The list would look something like this I think:

The list could be in alphabetical order by the maker's name or it could be by the video name?

It seems like webs.com is having some issues. I can not (along with many others) connect to any webs.com sites. Including these clan sites Alpha, PRO, GGR, 212, BVB Army or FC's . None of the sites seem to respond. Or any others for that matter. Are they updating servers or is this a permanent outage? Is anyone else having problems?

I was wondering what programs are best for filming in-game and editing the films. I have xfire but the quality of the film is really bad. I also have Windows Movie maker which does its job... I have no intention of buying something, I don't think I will be making that many films. So anything you can suggest that is a free program would be a plus. 

This is an old montage made by (212) Ldr. Arrow in April of 2012. Watching it brings back memories of when the servers were up. Arrow has since gone inactive but if you happen to see him tell him you like his video!

Found out how to do this on accident some years ago. I call it the 'drunken soldier." It will only work if you back straight off the bar. When you jump it sets you straight again that way you can go have another round!

What are some of your guys' favorite dishes and desserts you look forward to at this time of year? (or the foods you know you shouldn't eat but can't help yourself) 

My grandma makes a crazy dish of sweet potato's and of course the peanut butter fudge and sugar cookies are always good. 

Early this morning someone spammed the heck out of our guest book. The screen shots that were linked in the posts leads me to believe it was an FC member. At this I am most surprised. Until now I always respected FC as a very professional clan and perhaps having the most skill. All those thoughts are now gone. I don't understand what the person(s) thought to accomplish by this. In all my years of battlefront I haven't ever seen such an embarrassment to a clan, especially one like FC.

               With swbf already having such few members why can't we just be peaceful? I mean seriously grow up. After such an incident it doesn't make me want to stay in the game with such unprofessional children. I hope FC will agree with these statements and come forward and apologize. 212 has never wished to create enemies.

I have been trying to find another PC game to play to entertain myself during the times no one is on SWBF. What are some of your guys favorites? Beside SWBF of course 

I started SWBF a few minutes ago and could not log into gamespy or see any servers online. If I had to guess its because gamespy is either down altogether or SWBF Servers have been shut down by gamespy. Any thoughts?
