Well I'm using the odf of a Tusken barrier, the poles with a cloth over them (on Dune Sea) and I'm trying to make a new .tga file for it so that i can skin it to have words on it and still be able to use the other Tusken barrier in the map. I guess it's just hard to explain but I've never really had to ask for help because I've always been modding (which i have figured out alot of stuff on my own).

So,
What I want to do: Make a sign using a separate, copied, .odf of a tusken barrier.
What the problem is: It won't show up on the map. Probably a problem with the skin.

lol ya, i did save as and changed it to .msh i shouldnt have done that I'm going to try it again with tga. Do i change the geometry name to tat_prop_sign.tga?

I know how to edit skins and odf's I am an awesome modder, or was before i started making maps. I guess i'll try making on using an already made odf and make my own tga. don't you need to have a skeleton editing program or is that just for modding characters?
I just tried to make an object, I tried making a sign using the odf of a tusken barrier:

[GameObjectClass]      

ClassLabel      =   "prop"
GeometryName   =   "tat_prop_sign.msh"


[Properties]      

GeometryName   =   "tat1_prop_tuskbarrier"

That's the odf and I made the .msh it says above "tat_prop_sign.msh" in paintshop pro 7 but it didnt show up on the map.

I know theres a program for making them, i couldnt find the download, maybe i just missed it but does 3DSMax make images compatible for swbf1? and how do you add custom signs with like paint shop pro

It's not done yet, but i got it to work. I'll let you know when it's finished. Here's Some pics.

Hey guys, my map is awesome. But it keeps crashing i removed all the animated stuff i could find, could it be the geonosis control room table? That's really the only other thing.

Oh ok, well I tried deleting the stuff i had added recently, but i added alot of stuff. I dont see what could crash the map.. could something being too low under the map make it crash? If so i could raise it up a little. Thank you SO much for the spawn paths thing that helps alot!

1. Me and my bro have gotten really good at making maps so far. We are working on a map for our clan, AaTc. I am making stuff underground but i cant put spawn paths under the texture. Is that possible?
2. With vehicles, i read the other post but i dont quite understand the directions, say i want a Republic Swoopbike. How do i put it on the map?

Oh and I keep getting this in the munge log, what do i need to put in the asfx thing?

Yes i have applied the BoPC fix but the rancors (and maybe jabba) messed up the whole zero editor, it was working fine before i tried out the rancors/jabba

I guess what would be considered a bad map, some1 make a map full of glitches and things under the map to play on. No edited sides. I have my own mod :D

Well i tried to remove the rancors but the screen on ze was completely grey except the panels. I tried grid and everything and nothing changed, now theres a script error on bfbuilder and bfbuilder pro  :'( any idea what to do?
