How can i make a common ?

I think I can tell you now that I had a chance to look into it.

I think you need to use BFBuilder and place your custom TGA files  in the common folder.

Then munge, and grab the common from Addon of BFbuilder.

I'm not sure if there is a stand alone tool.

Ever use the mod tools?
