Hi guys, I'm the forum newbie!

and I have a question! are there any modifications that would behavior bots were realistic? let me explain for example that bots would have a better shot at another go.

Not sure what you mean, but you can put the AI difficulty at Hard.  They aim much better, but I'm not sure you can do anything about "realistic".

played like that on one of the servers SWBF, there when I played with bots on cloud city, they played like men. how to do so?

If you are making new map just put barriers and alot of hint nodes for cover,snipe and so on.This will make them behave more realistic.There is tutorials explaining how to do that.
