Hi,
I bought swbf a year or so ago after i bought swbf1(because it was so fun) I didnt like it as much as swbf1 so I didnt play it much. Recently when I had a swbf1 error (its sorted now) it asked me to delete all files related to swbf1 including the swbf2 folder.. (dont ask me why but it seemed to work) Recently I wanted to try swbf2 again. When I try to install it about halfway through the installation download it comes up with an error message. I will find it out for certain but it implies something about missing a file (I pressume this is the swbf2 folder in Local disk (c:) ... Any ideas of how I can get this back?

It would be pretty helpful if we knew what the missing file is. Are you sure that you aren't missing a .dll? Usually, that is the reason why games fail to install or not work.

Hm, maybe we can look thru both our swbf2's and see which file/files you're missing.

Maybe the problem is the old binkw32.dll....

If you are missing a .dll file you can easily go online and download any .dll files and replace it. binkw32.dll is one of the ones I have always had trouble with.

I did the same thing with swbf1 a similar message appeared. I had to install I program that retrieved the file i deleted (and let me access any files deleted in the last month). This wasnt an option for swbf2 because it has been over a month :( (This was googles anser to my problem anyway) I will get the message when I get the disk back.

I would tell u to download swbf2 or
Delate everything u have in the lucasarts folder (except SWBF1)
And try to install again
