Trying to get the 1.3 update

So I want to use a mod but it requires me installing the 1.3 update. I had no problem downloading it, however whenever I click on menu.bat (right-clicked as admin) it says that BattlefrontII.exe is not in the same folder. The update will now close. I have tried copying and pasting my BattlefrontII.exe into the folder (I made the required folder "AAA-v1.3patch") yet I still get the same message. Would it be okay if I manually just copied everything over?

However, when I do not run as administrator, I do not get the error. But, while patching everything, everything gets an accessed denied.

I think that if I give u the 1.3 exe for BF2, u will have it (I have 1.0 in german bcuz my clan mates (UEF) gave me, and 1.1 on spanish.
PM me remind me to give u a link to download the .exe and then just rename the older versions to Battlefront1.1.exe (same for 1.0) and put there the downloaded one.

I think Roxas was talking about the unofficial SWBF 1 1.3 update, but I could be wrong.

There are 2 1.3 versions.
The one for bf2 allows u to have a Freecam and some specific mods.
This topic is on the BFII board, so i guess he means the one of bf2

Back when I had SWBFII, to install the 1.3 patch I just installed the Dark Times II mod. It fully installs the cool mod PLUS the 1.3 patch! But if you want the visual changes you will have to find another way around. I did but I have forgotten how I did that now.

Wait, would I put it in the AAA-v1.3 folder then run menu.bat?

The instructions on installing the 1.3 update state to make a folder called AAA-v1.3patch in the Addon folder then run menu.bat. Do you think it may not be working because I have my Addon folder spelled with a capital A instead of a lowercase a?

U just need the battlefrontI.exe file (of the 1.3 version)
And then everything should work fine (Normal)

Then that would explain why it is not working. There isn't a 1.3 version. I only have the native 1.1 version that came pre-patched.

I meant there isn't a 1.3 version exe with the download. I only have the native 1.1.
