It's 'Chinese', in that I copied some characters without checking whether they made sense.

Great, you may have just cussed out the solar systems rubber ducky while eating spaghetti in a swimming-pool.

I was going to look it up when I discovered my keyboard doesn't have the keys to press to type those symbols into google to find out.. I love America

Ah, I have a friend who knows Cantonese (not sure if he writes it though), might ask him if he can make anything from it when I see him next week. :P

That mask should be a mod in game. But, I do like the NCR ranger mask.
