It's rather difficult to choose, hmm...

I'd say Kamino, because, to me, just about every class works well.

It's between mustafar and Jabba for me, both of them you can hold your ground with some good close combat but there's also some good paths for sneaky strategies.

Next choices would be coruscant and polis Massa.
