what mods are possible by editing the exe of the game ?

first of all sorry about asking so many questions this is the last one for a while i hope am just curious whats possible, is it possible to add entries to the exe for the vehicle spawn odf to feature two local factions and to mod the command post to support four local factions with different symbols each ?

For the most part, you can only take away features, not add them.

what about adding a second local team so the game can tell the difference between team 3 and team 4 ?

its a pity i was hoping to create rumble conquest the same way rayman1103 did for battlefront 2 he used a custom ingame lvl and a fake level to create it i was trying to have team 3 and 4 with symbols above their command posts

The SWBF1 exe is more restrictive than SWBF2's. It doesn't have the LUA complexity in order to pull off the sort of thing you're going for here.

Indeed.  If SWBF1 could do everything that SWBF2 did, then there would not be a reason to make a SWBF2.
