SWBF ChatRuler v.1.2

First stable version. I'll add more features soon.
Let me know if you find bugs etc :)

Updated my thread (fixed links/dates/pics/..) and added ChatRuler :-)

This is an amazing invention, thanks for releasing this epic toggler! Now players can turn off chat whenever they want to in a server with the press of a button! I think BattleBelk would be proud of you if he was still around lol.
