I was able to play the steam version with my native resolution which is 1440p but after applying the patch, it only goes to 1080p in the options. How can I get my res back to 1440p?

GTX 1080 is an overkill playing on a 1080p monitor. Is it necessary to have get 2 monitors? because you can get a 1440p monitor which look nice on games and you will get you moneys worth on the gtx 1080. There's also 1440p ultra wide monitors and they are even better looking.

I will always remember the fun and competitive times we had together sniping 1vs1 on cloud city for hours at 2am. He was a head shot specialist, poke your head out of the corner and you're dead. He made me the great sniper that I'm today. I really learned a lot and I'm sure he taught everybody else something.

Anybody nice enough here can make me more AI spawn at a time and have more reinforcements on Hoth on Star wars Battlefront 1? I know it has to with editing the Lua file but I'm not that good when it comes to modding. If you are willing to I'd like 80 to spawn on each side and 800 reinforcements on each side.

I actually found a very good deal way better than the one posted here and it's only $485

Getting a PC this cheap isn't worth it lol might as well get a ps4 or save up untill you have over $700 so you can get a PC that can max out games.

Anyone here big Fallout fans? Fallout 4 is the main reason why I'm not planning to get the SWBF 3. I'm so hyped up for this game, it feels like October is going so slow for me. Bethesda studios makes good quality games unlike *cough* EA *cough*. Fallout 4 will have loads of content  and is worth $60 with over 400 hours of gameplay, this game is definitely going to be competing for the game of the year with The Witcher 3.

All i have to say is Amazing graphics, boring gameplay, not worth $60.

The minimum specs don't surprise me but Holy  at the recommended specs. Who uses 16 GB of ram  in gaming?lol. I feel like technology is moving way too fast unless there are just very exaggerated requirements.

The new battlefront game has great graphics and it has some of the same mechanics as the Battlefield games since it's on the same game engine. The game has a very good star wars feel to it, while I was playing it I was blown away by the visuals and the sound, it felt like I was in a star wars movie. The only downfall is really the game does not take any skill whats so ever, it was pretty easy to go 22-8 on a first game, all you have to do is spray and pray that you'll kill someone. If some one new would of played battlefront 1 online for the first time today, they would get owned by us because Battlefront 1 takes skill.  There is also no depth to the game, they're no unlocks to weapons or anything besides unlocking new power ups so there was nothing to really motivate me to play the game more. I got pretty bored of playing of it after 6 hours but that might of been because I was playing on the same game mode and map lol. I'll have to wait and see if the Beta is any different than the Alpha. This game is worth getting but I probably wont get it the first day it comes out.



PROS:
-great visuals and sound
-has a strong star wars feel to it


CONS:
- No depth(weapon unlocks)
- Takes no skill
- only for casual gamers

If you guys  have no other games to play at the moment. I'd recommend checking out this new Unrealtournament game. The game is being currently made by devs and the community, that means players like you can submit concept art, models, textures, blueprints, gun models, level designs etc....The game has the old Unrealtournament feel to it with updated graphics and it takes a good amount of skill to play it.
