How can I change texture without softimage ?

What do you mean by change texture. Just open up the tga file you want to edit and use a photo shop program such as GIMP to edit it.

AND MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT COMPRESS THE TGA FILE WHEN SAVING OTHERWISE YOU'LL STUFF UP YOUR WHOLE MAP

I want to change name of texture only in msh file

It would be easier to change the name of the tga file to what is used in the msh file.

Make sure the TGA file has been save with RLE Compression turned off.

The is the most common mistake when dealing with the files.

So if I edit texture name by notepad++ this will be work ?

If in Windows, you can just right-click and "Rename" to whatever the original file name was, or after you edit your image, hit "Save As:" and make sure the name is the same as the file you are replacing.

Lets start from the beginning.

Just what is it you are trying to do?

are you trying to edit the MSH file to lead it to a different texture?
or are you trying to rename/move/save/replace a TGA image?

I'm guessing the first was true.
