Two amendments were made to the official rules:Amendment 1 (proposal): The number of players on each side at the countdown cannot be exceeded during the game. Players may leave, or switch out as long as this condition is upheld. Amendment 1 only applies to large planet battles.Amendment 2 (proposal): In a given week, each clan has the right to an "upper hand" in scheduling for 50% of matches, as outlined by Phobos here (http://www.swbfgamers.com/index.php?topic=5070.msg48994#msg48994).Clans have until midnight CST on Wednesday to make battle announcements for next weekend.

I think that now is an appropriate time to raise the question of the ending of the ICW. Let me quote from the topic that began this thing:

I would say let it run at least 8 weeks but no more than 12.
I think i agree with Phobos on this one :shrug: , but we'll see what other 212 think.
Eh... Personally I would like to see this come to an end, but a winner could be determined by the number of planets they posess. As this goes on, YAK loses more members.

I think 9 or 10 weeks will be enough time to show which clan will have the upper hand. If the planets are evenly held (or close to it) Then perhaps take it up to 12 weeks Etc. :tu:

I would like to see where we are at in a couple of weeks and then, if there is no end in sight we should put a time limit on it.

If more than one clan remains at the end, the winner is determined by the number of planets held.

A thing to keep in mind is that the amount of members who are in the tournament. For the first three place clans that could add up to a lot of people. And Buckler is a busy person finding all the members for the the first three place clans could take a while and then he has to go through and award each of them with the correct award.

Yeah, but when you think about it, YAK is the only clan that's going to be hard to give awards out to.
If I provided a members list (it would only consist of the ones that actually participated) could we possibly do that? I could give Buckler the members usernames on this site. To me, it's way worth the effort to go about finding them all, since we all worked hard for this.
I hope we can at least consider this.
It is a good idea to make a list of participants.
We will have to think about what to do with it, but at the very least we can have a post honoring all the participants.

Maybe just a thread for ICW hall of fame notable participants or something would be much easier than trying to use the award system.

I guess it's Oven's call but we have made plans for CIS its ok with FC though if you want to change it to GCW/EMP just make sure thats the choice 212 wants for certain so theres not alot of confusion.

My only complaint is that several FC members were trying to get around the no cursing rule by mispelling the words. :slap:
They were warned by Epifire, and they argued that the words they were saying weren't in objection to the rules.
I won't give examples. But, if you need screenshots I have them.
Battle was an 8v8. YAK had 1 too many. Also epifire should have stayed in place and not been killed so many times.

Just about everything that could go wrong did go wrong. There was imbalanced team numbers, there was flaming, there were even two girls making out. Okay, that last thing wouldn't be wrong and didn't happen, but these matches were just... bad. I don't know if there is a way to describe these matches without borrowing the words of Chris Berman (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhCks3bvTdA).

For one, I aksed permission first. 2, I was freecaming, watching my team, just like Epifire said was alright. 3, Epifire is WITNESS to 212 stating that (212) Public Enemy was not in 212 and accused us of putting in a spy under that name. Darman, I take back what I said about freecamming, you're right that on Mustafar it makes no sense. I don't think that spectators should be allowed in future battles.
Based on the rule that rematches must take place immediately, I would assume that YAK will have to forfeit Mustafar to FC, unless a rematch is ok with Oven and FC.
On Tatooine, FC won both matches. My only problems were that Merc Phil <3 LinKin ParK attempted to snipe me before the countdown was finished, and that there were more FC than YAK on Jabba's, even though YAK was defending. I would either like a rematch of Jabba's or for FC to forfeit Tatooine based on the latter problem.

I am sorry I could not admin more matches as I had intended but I was kept away much longer then I had expected. As it would seem now, "Public Enemy" has been confirmed as a new guy to 212 that I was not informed about, and joined around the middle of the match and I did not catch him coming in (first time admining so I am sorry about that). However I am still not sure who to hand the victory to since there were to many breaks in the rules. I cannot accuse any team directly of foul play so simply put I think a rematch is in order. That is my say on it, and I will try my best to be there if it does take place.
Haven't we decided to let YAK keep Mustafar and to let FC keep Tatooine?
