i want to mae a melee sniper rifle but there is a lightsaber fire sticking out the end of it when i use it how do i get ride of that???

Yup, what JK said.

Explanation:
The lightsaber that's coming out is the texture in this situation. Now that you've taken it out, your sniperrifle will be a lightsaber (which looks exactly like a melee attack) :D

Using // makes it a comment (useful for documentation). So you can put stuff like this anywhere:
//I AM THE GREATEST MODDER EVAR!!1!!!1!
When it munges, it will just ignore these comments.
It's better than deleting a whole line because if you ever make a mistake, you can re-enable it by deleting the //

thanks that works great aso is there a way to make it have kinda a sheeew sorta sound insted of the lightsaber sound i know how to change it i just want suggustions.

What ever troop or ship that has a sound you like might contain in odfs associated what you are looking for.

That almost looked like BF1 to me, does the make your making have AI hero support?
