Help with App?

Hey everyone.

I have a project to make a blueprint for an Iphone App, using 4 pieces of writing. I can do anything I choose, as long as it has an overall purpose. The 4 pieces of writing are:

1. The Handmaids Tale
2. The Yellow Wallpaper
3. Story of an hour
4. Poem- Metaphors

I was thinking to have an App where you would click on a main theme such as male dominance or feminism, and depending which one you pick, it would open a new screen and show the books that have that specific theme in it. Then from there, you could pick a book, and it would open a new window to where it displayed important quotes and symbols with explanations, to help provide concrete support for writing an essay.

I don't want to copy sparknotes of cliffnotes in any way, but I'm just having creators block I guess. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas to go off of? It would be very helpful.
