Still won't work, any way to fix my operating system?

I don't think your OS is the problem.  Let me see if I can find the rep.lvl builder and try it to see if that will work.

those are a bit outdated if you download swbf modding lvl toolbox v3 it has a clean batch for all the side builders.  http://www.mediafire.com/?oueaw2gvws15ds7
