Those are topics, it's fine to post many topics.
Led refers to 'posts' or 'replies'.
Meaning the individual replies you make in each thread.
The rule most forums have is not to make multiple replies in a row, which is what you have done.

I think he'll understand this better (I hope): Do not reply to yourself in a thread :)
What Led told you is that you created a thread, and few seconds later you replied to your own topic (saying u were going to ur own event. which honestly is pointless to post bcuz u're the one organising it lol) and there is a forum rule (which i assume u completely ignored) which says that you cannot double post.
