Fixing lag issues on endor

My endor level has some serious lag, i think that's what it's called, and it really bothers me. I have all my graphics settings on low but it still has lag. Is there any way to fix this?

It's all the foliage, Phobos released a none-brush version without all the foliage.

Sorry to double post but i had to say so other people wouldn't do it to, You can't take bases on that endor?!
