Tech Support / Bugged transport

Last time i've played SWBF1 on my xbox in 2006. Now i've started playing it on pc and i have problem with transport. It's bugged, like without physics. How can i fix it?

How can i fix it? I have 1920x1080 144hz display, and 30fps isn't playable.
