Swbf2 was nothing like Swbf1. If Lucas Arts was not on the box cover of Swbf2, I may have never knew they were published by the same company. Dice makes incredible games with high quality, great effort, and no mod support for multiplayer to keep the playing field leveled - they are the perfect company to make the new battlefront.

I have bought several games and played them only a few days each because the community was just terrible. Because I will need to buy a new pc to play the new battlefront, I am going to wait a month or two and hover around reddit for online reviews. I hope its good though.

Helios, just curious, can you pick up guns of dead players? I sure hope so, maybe it will make the "pay-to-win" thing more accepting to another player who can pick up a snow skinned gun and drop their black one. who knows.

If you're looking to be a pilot or command a tank, I started playing War Thunder which is free on Steam and so far a blast.  But FYI there is kind of Pay to win, as in you can upgrade planes faster with money than just using  ingame points accumulated through playing well.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I did buy Banished a survival strategy game where you build a town and survive. There is no military though, it is all economic. I played for 4 straight hours and a tornado through my town followed by a fire. I had to start over, but still fun.

I can only imagine how much faster and intense game play will be when it is released to players.

Other Games / Activision Steam sale

Steam is having a nice sale for Activision games, mainly CoD. I have only played CoD2, like 8 years ago. Does anyone play the CoD games and recommend one? I am thinking Black Ops 2 for only 20$.

Any answer is greatly appreciated.

Quote from: Snake on April 26, 2015, 05:40:52 PMAlso, since all clans in the Syndicate can share members in battles, the Syndicate clan's (we should probably name it for less confusion) members can fight for other clans in battles if they want to.

Does this mean when a clan in the Syndicate plays a match against a clan not in the Syndicate, that the clan in the Syndicate can use members from all clans in the Syndicate? Or was this just talking about fun tournaments for clans only in the Syndicate. I have always disliked multiclanning very much.

Also, councils will have two sides and one side will monopolize the majority of votes in their favor, it always happens. When big and differing personalities sit at the same table, arguments will happen and there are for sure many big and differing personalities in the old swbf clans.

Imo the first couple years of the new swbf should be squad/player skill because that's when the game will be at its most competitive. I do not think the Syndicate is going for a skill type thing. I see it more as PLA. (having a good time with friends, and less about challenging other squads.)

I am not trying to trash the whole idea, I just wanted to get my concerns out, maybe someone can change them.

It's amazing how this game has influenced me so much as a person. I miss all my old best friends as if I knew them for years in real life. It's the same bonds and brotherhood, but sadly it always has to end in video games.

not always  ;)

I am a big fan of Bad Company 2. Highly recommend it if you enjoy FPS.

This is a Youtuber I follow, not too serious but puts in the effort.

I dont think any gamer should give up something they love for fear of falling behind or not having a successful life. My parents always tell me that I spend too much time playing games but you know what. The guys I work with or sorta under are in their upper 20s/early 30s and they play/stream every weekend. And a bunch of them are married and have a job and living in the good ol' Usa. So im going to assume they are successful at life.

I dont plan on stopping anytime soon. Im 19 and my life is just starting.
