Holy cow, you went as far as recompiling the stock sounds ?!! Wow, my mind is blown, since my bandwidth is extremely limited I gotta ask, does this include the common.bnk builder with files ? I surely know a bunch of files to replace in the stock game for the upcoming release of my mod, I already reached nearly 200 new sound files and still come up with new ideas for replacements such as the tactical voice overs, super battle droid voices and such. It would really be super helpful and time saving.
I took things too far and I can't longer be saved... Btw if you're interested we're organizing a Release Candidate test of Ferocious v3.0 Saturday night so pm me if you're interested, I wouldn't have made it very far without your help and I'd be honored if you joined.

Hey, so I resumed my work on my mod, and everything's getting quite near the final release milestone, one of my last obstacles is munging music, sounds represent no problems, as I somehow managed to put together a sound effect munger, but Music remain an unbreached obstacle...

I have tried to put PsychoFred and Vyse's knowledge to the play but it won't work, it stops while munging a .stm file.
My main goal now is munging my mod's effects and music together in a big file that I'll be able to forcibly hexedit in mod maps to make em compatible with my mod.

So yeah, a bit of help is needed now, because I know that it won't munge on X64 systems and that it won't allow me to work by trial and error as I usually do...

So theoretically again, a script could be made to automatically add a readfile line to make a modmap's Lua file compatible with new files right ?

Could this be hypothetically done to add spaces to .lvl files ? Like to add files to be loaded by levels.

To be honest I always thought that these blasters would have the issue of overheating to dangerous degrees, and to the point of injuring who is using them, so I always pictured the stock in its folding position as a handle to avoid hand burns in a heavy gunfight, pretty much like Metro2033's BastardSMG

Just look at the piece of wood duct taped to the cannon...  :P

Man... I wasn't closely following your mod, but I still really feel for you man... For some reason I had the feeling such a thing would happen to me... So I backuped all my mod files in 3 hard disks...

Btw, there may be one last hope (pun not intended) , if someone has the Munged files or your mod there's still the Swbf-unmunge tool made by SleepKiller to recover at least a big part of your mod, so if anyone tested a beta or something like that, a hope still exists.

For some odd reason though this might not always work I remember going crazy at trying to load three sound files at the same time on Mos Eisely, for some reason the map just seemed overloaded and loaded nothing...
It was bad to the point where I had to create a new file to be called with the files I wanted...
