[FC] was able to capture 11/15 planets!

Thanks to everyone who was able to play! I'm glad SWBF1 can still have tournaments despite being an older game. A special thanks to all the admins, server hosts, people who recorded matches, and map/award makers. Hopefully we can continue to have tournaments to keep people playing this awesome game :cheers:

swbf steam group is quiet now :( lets keep it active. we should do weekly meet ups on games like tf2, csgo, alien swarm etc

Nah, the group is there to keep the community active outside of swbf. If you want only swbf, just leave the group. Not waiting until ICW6 before i can revive it lol.

We can do whatever we want :) Play only SWBF or have a group to play other games with--but in any event, I suggest that everyone stays in the steam group--it is our go-to communication system now that xfire is out of the picture :)

I doubt that will even happen with the new Battlefront coming out. However if SWBF1 still has a player base and Joseph wants to or gives me permission to run it again, I'd be down to do a ICW6 next year.

I do not think that many players will go and abandon swbf1 just for the reboot (personally, I wont) and im gonna keep hosting until there is nobody online in swbf1.
It's not that he has a point, this forum and community (SWBFGamers.com) is based on SWBF (SWBF1 and SWBF2) not CSGO or CSS. If u wanted it to be a mutligaming community then it should be called MultiGamers.com

most battlefront 1 players I help on gameranger to gamemaster wont or dont want join the new battlefront for some reasons.
Personally I wont join the new battlefront.. or should I say the new callofduthy/battlefield copypast game. Really tired about that kind of game. that will ruin all the fun gameplay on the both battlefront .
Just my opinion.

If we don't have enough for each individual clan to participate, I say we just break up into two teams (YAK vs ELK) and try it that way. We could do random assignments to each team or elect team captains to do a draft of a pool of players who sign up. Just food for thought.

That's a interesting idea. I don't really know if we should continue the ICW name if we did that though. We will just just have to see when the time comes.

OOOOH Internet is back... but for how long I'm not sure.
I removed the animation for now and added some variation.
