I was wondering if someone ever had the idea of making something like a chat (for example in Facebook, althought Tuenti is better at that)
so that we could chat with the people that are online on website
Many ways to do that, but it takes up bandwidth I think.
Also, its just another way to let spammers rule the world xD

A chatbox is not allowed under the term of use that I have for this website. They are a resource hog, and the host company would shut us down.

Not really. It is in the terms of service. They know what it is and what it does and when someone uses one-- and when a website exceeds its CPU resources, it gets shut down.
